Freight Passport evaluates authorization evidence. It does not make a customer’s release decision, guarantee a safe delivery, or replace an existing system of record.
Advisory pilot posture
SHADOW pilot workflows are advisory. The customer remains responsible for release procedures, legal and regulatory obligations, carrier selection, driver management, insurance, and all actions taken after a result is shown.
Scope and availability
Current and planned capabilities are identified on the site. Product descriptions do not create a service-level commitment, commercial partnership, certification, customer reference, or production availability promise.
These public terms are a product-boundary statement for pilot review; executed customer agreements control when applicable.
