Customer access help
Get back to the next step.
Start with the message you see. Your invitation, email sign-in, authenticator and organization access each serve a different purpose.
Continue account setupMy invitation opened the home page.
An email invitation may confirm your email without signing you into the application. Go to account setup and request a sign-in email using the same invited address. The sign-in controls will confirm whether you have an application session.
I did not receive a sign-in email.
Check the invited address, then look in spam and all mail. A request-received message does not guarantee delivery. If the message is still missing, contact your inviting administrator before requesting repeated emails.
The link expired or was rejected.
Use the newest sign-in email in the same browser and profile where you requested it. Older links stop working when replaced. Return to sign-in controls and check status. If a reset is offered, read its explanation before starting again.
Where do I create a password?
This application uses passwordless email sign-in. There is no password-creation step here. An authenticator is a separate verification step; it does not replace the email sign-in link.
I am signed in but cannot see my organization.
Sign-in verifies your identity; your organization invitation grants membership. Use the private FP1 invitation code supplied by your administrator. After acceptance, return to sign-in controls and load your organizations. If none appears, ask the administrator to check the invitation and assigned access.
My invitation code was rejected.
Confirm that you signed in with the exact invited email. The code may be expired, revoked or already used. If a submission result was uncertain, check organization access first rather than submitting again. Ask the inviting administrator to investigate without sending them the code.
I lost my authenticator or cannot finish MFA.
Contact your organization administrator for the approved recovery process. This website does not provide self-service MFA removal. Do not share authenticator setup keys, one-time codes or email sign-in links with support.
Some setup controls are unavailable.
Your administrator may still be preparing this environment. A preview does not send emails or create sessions. Missing controls do not mean your identity or organization is approved; ask your administrator which setup stage is ready.
