Invitation-only customer access

Your invitation starts here.

Use the email address your administrator invited. Sign-in uses an email link, so there is no password to create here. Your organization invitation is a separate step.

  1. 1. Sign in with your email

Request a sign-in email using the controls on this page. Open the newest link in the same browser and profile where you requested it. Opening an invitation alone does not confirm an application session.

  2. 2. Set up your authenticator

After sign-in, use the authenticator controls when available. Complete verification in your authenticator app. Keep your setup key and one-time codes private.

  3. 3. Accept your organization invitation

Choose “Use an organization invitation” and enter the private code beginning with FP1 that your administrator supplied. Use the invited email address; access comes from the invitation, and you cannot select your own role.

  4. 4. Check your workspace access

Return to sign-in controls, load your organizations and select the assigned workspace. Available facilities and actions depend on your approved access.

Setup does not activate a pilot or authorize cargo release or financial actions. If a setup control is unavailable, your administrator must finish enabling that stage.
